7 Layer Taco Dip
Ingredients
| 1 | can | bean dip | |

| 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | taco seasoning (low sodium) | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | avocados (optional) | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice | |
|
|
|||
| black pepper, to taste | |||
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (2.25 oz.) sliced or chopped olives | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | large tomato, diced | ||
|
|
|||
| 4 | green onions, chopped fine | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Layer 1: Spread bean dip onto a platter or large plate.
Layer 2: Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning and spread over bean dip.
Layer 3: Mix together avocados (optional), lemon juice and pepper and spread (or sprinkle) over mayo mixture.
Layer 4: Sprinkle olives over top.
Layer 5: Sprinkle tomato over top.
Layer 6: Sprinkle green onions over top.
Layer 7: Cover with shredded cheese and refrigerate until ready to serve with tortilla chips.
Please note that some ingredients and brands may not be available in every store.
