Chilled Orange And Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Dijon mustard

|
|

fresh dill, chopped

|
|

onion salt

broccoli, drained, cooked, then chilled
|
|
|
| 2 |
|
oranges, peeled and sliced
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
sweet red pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine the orange juice, oil, mustard, dill and onion salt in a jar with a lid; shake well.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, orange slices and red pepper; pour dressing over mixture; toss lightly. Chill for 30 minutes, stir before serving.
