Grilled Bananas with Ice Cream
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients

butter, melted

brown sugar

bananas, cut in half lengthwise
|
|
|

ice cream
|
|
|
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a 9- by 13-inch baking dish, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well.
Place cut bananas in the butter mixture and brush to coat completely.
Place bananas on the grill flat side down and cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until the edges begin to bubble, and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until lightly browned. Place banana slices in each serving dish and top with your favorite ice cream and toppings.
