Pacific Salmon Loaf
Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients

(16-ounce) salmon drained, flaked

| 1/2 |

dry bread crumbs
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

Kraft Real Mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
chopped onion
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
chopped celery
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
chopped green pepper
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
egg, beaten
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Cucumber Sauce
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
Kraft Real Mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
dairy sour cream
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
finely chopped cucumber
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
chopped onion
|
|
|
| 1/2 |

dill weed
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.
Cucumber Sauce Recipe: Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve with baked Salmon Loaf.
