Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
zest of 2 limes, cut into strands
1 tablespoon cornstarch
vanilla ice cream

Directions:

Place all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
