Why join?

Clip digital coupons, browse our weekly ad, shop specials, and make digital shopping lists that make your in-store experience easier! You won't be able to clip or redeem coupons until you've completed registration. This is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. The rewards program is here to elevate your shopping experience and reward your loyalty.

Is there a Cost?

There is no cost to become a rewards member – it's FREE!

How do I download the 10Box Cost-Plus App?

From your smartphone, search for “10Box Cost-Plus" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is simple: Download the 10Box Cost-Plus app and follow the prompts to register.

Registration

Why do I need to register on the 10Box Cost-Plus app?

Registration is needed to activate your 10Box Cost-Plus membership and allow you to redeem coupons and any collected rewards. If you do not register, you will not be able to participate in certain discounts or receive other benefits.

Can I choose NOT to include my email address on the 10Box Cost-Plus app?

An email is required to make you eligible for all the features of the program. Without the necessary information, you will only be able to view normal product discounts. New members will not be able to collect discounts or redeem discounts until the required information is provided.

What are you doing with my information?

Customers benefit and receive value from personalization and offers. In order to provide this service, we must collect some level of information. Your personal information will never be sold to an outside company.

Digital Coupons

How do digital coupons work?

Save money on your grocery purchases by logging in to the 10Box Cost-Plus App, clipping digital offers, purchasing eligible items for your clipped offers at a participating location, and having your cashier scan the barcode on the home screen in the app. Your coupons will apply to your purchase automatically.

Can digital coupons be doubled?

Digital coupons cannot be doubled.

How do I know if an item is included in a digital coupon?

Tap on any coupon and scroll up to see items that qualify for that coupon. You can also use the “Confirm Sale Item" button at the top of each coupon. Simply tap the button and scan the product's UPC. The app will tell you if the item is a match for that coupon.

Is there a limit to how many coupons I can clip or redeem?

There is no limit to how many coupons you can clip or redeem in a single transaction.

Can I use a coupon on multiple items or in multiple purchases?

All coupons are limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise stated in the coupon's terms.

Can I use the 10Box Cost-Plus app at multiple locations?

You can use the app at all participating 10Box Cost-Plus locations, and CashSaver in Tulsa, OK.

Can I share my coupons?

No, coupons are not transferable.

You CAN log in on multiple devices. Please be cautious about sharing your private information or logging in on someone else's device.

Will any coupon information print on my grocery receipt?

Coupons that have been redeemed in your purchase will show at the bottom of your receipt, above the subtotal.

I forgot to have the cashier scan my barcode at checkout. Can I still redeem coupons on my purchase?

There is currently no way to apply coupons after you have completed a transaction. Your barcode must be scanned at the time of your transaction.

Can I use my phone number to earn rewards?

No, rewards are tied to your customer barcode. Your phone number cannot be used in place of the app barcode.

What is the My Wallet feature?

In the event you have issues with digital coupons, we have the ability to credit your app wallet with funds at our discretion. If you have questions or issues about a specific coupon, please chat with us directly in the app.

Can I redeem coupons on purchases for another person?

No. Your personal barcode can only be scanned in purchases paid for by the 10Box Cost-Plus account holder.

Redeeming Wallet Funds

How do I redeem my wallet funds?

After funds have been added to your app wallet, your accumulated rewards can be applied to any future purchases (excluding fuel). To redeem your rewards, go to My Wallet from the menu, select the "Redeem" button in the top right of the screen, type the amount you would like to redeem, confirm the amount, and a barcode will appear with a 2-minute timer. Hold your phone up for the cashier to scan the barcode and your rewards will be applied to the transaction.

Is there a limit to how many wallet funds I can redeem in one purchase?

Wallet funds redemptions cannot exceed $15 at one time. The amount of funds redeemed cannot exceed the pre-tax total of your purchase. Wallet funds can not be cashed out for any amount.

Can my wallet funds be redeemed on any purchase?

Wallet funds can be redeemed for any merchandise in the store. Funds cannot be redeemed on fuel purchases, or in WIC transactions.

Do my wallet funds expire?

Wallet funds expire approximately 60 days after the transaction in which the rewards were earned. You can view expiration dates for your funds in My Wallet.

I tried to redeem my wallet funds but the cashier didn't scan my app before the 2-minute limit. Can I get those funds back?

Yes! If the 2 minute timer runs out before the cashier scans your app at checkout, you can click on the bottom blue button and follow the prompts to get your rewards back.

Shopping List

How do I use the shopping list?

Your Shopping List is for in-store purchase planning. You can search for items, scan a product's barcode, or simply type an item in your list. As you are shopping in store, tap the circle next to an item to mark it as complete. If you no longer want the item on your list, simply swipe to the left on the item to delete it from the list.

Can I share my shopping list?

Yes! You can share your shopping list by selecting the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your shopping list. Click on, “Sharing," and follow the prompts to email your list to another user.

Can I create an online order for delivery from my shopping list?

The 10Box Cost-Plus app is for in-store shopping and planning purposes only. If you would like to place an order for delivery, you can do so at Instacart.com, or via the Instacart app.

My Account Profile

How and where can I update my profile/account information?

Login to the 10Box Cost-Plus mobile app, click the profile icon in the bottom right corner. Click My Profile at the top of the menu to update your information and save your changes.

Can I link multiple accounts?

Accounts cannot be linked.

How can I reset my password?

You can update your password from My Profile or by clicking "forgot password?" on the login screen. You will receive a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.

Communication

Is there someone I can speak with if I have questions?

You can contact our team directly on the 10Box Cost-Plus App by clicking on the purple chat button at the bottom right of the home screen after logging in.

Your local store associates will also be happy to help!

Can I unsubscribe or delete my account?

You can unsubscribe from email alerts by opting out at the bottom of any email. Please chat with us in the app if you need to fully delete your account or have other questions.

Do you share my personal information with anyone, including my transaction history?

10Box Cost-Plus will not share your personal information with any third parties, except to the extent necessary to administer the rewards program. 10Box Cost-Plus does not knowingly sell, license, or rent any guest information to outside parties for any purpose. Why is the app using my location?

The app uses your location services so we can offer a number of benefits:

  • Help find a store near you.
  • Some digital coupons and sales are store-specific. Set your store location so you always see relevant notifications and digital coupons.
  • If your location services and push notifications are turned on, it will send a notification when you enter the store so you can easily pull up your shopping list or scan the app at checkout.
If you would not like the app to access your location, this can be changed in your app permissions or general phone settings.
